Started the Wellness & Yoga experience at Alamanda Lovina Resort.

Lola is a devoted yoga teacher and mindfulness practitioner known for her grounded yet heart-centered approach to movement and meditation. With over a 10 years of experience guiding students around the world, Lola weaves together the wisdom of Hatha, Vinyasa, and restorative yoga with breathwork, stillness, and self-inquiry.

Lola's teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is not about perfect poses, but about returning home to the body and cultivating presence in each moment. Lola’s classes invite deep connection - blending mindful flow, embodied awareness, and gentle spirituality to create a space where transformation can unfold naturally.
