Over Lluisa
Originally from Barcelona, I left the city nine years ago in search of something deeper—living first in London, then Amsterdam.
Burnt out by the demands of corporate life, I found myself caught in cycles of stress, disconnection, and creative depletion. Through daily Kundalini Yoga and self-inquiry, I began to reconnect with my truth—unlocking emotional clarity, nervous system balance, and a powerful surge of creative energy.
That same energy now guides everything I do—on and off the mat. In my classes, I blend breathwork, movement, and meditation to help others release blocks and awaken their own life force. Off the mat, I use that same creative channel to help people bring ideas to life—supporting personal branding, project launches, and vision work with intuition and clarity.
With a background in creative direction and branding, I meet people at the bridge of inner alignment and outer expression—holding space for transformation, from the inside out.

Through breathwork, movement, and meditation, my classes help release stress, shift emotional patterns, and awaken your inner clarity and strength.
Rooted in nine years of daily practice, I am now certified to hold space for others to realign with their own energy, truth, and flow. My method blends intuition with structure—balancing creative energy movements, somatic awareness, breathwork, and deep stillness - meditation. This practice supported me through burnout and disconnection.
