My teaching is centred around mindful movement, breath and body awareness. I enjoy creating classes that are dynamic and challenging while still being accessible and welcoming to different levels of experienceI would love the opportunity to bring my energy, experience and passion for movement to your studio and become part of your community.

I have around three years of teaching experience, working with students in studios, online and through private one-to-one sessions. Alongside my yoga training, I am also qualified in Pilates Mat, meditation and postural gymnastics, and I have completed additional training in Detroit Flow Vinyasa Yoga.
