Over Vivien
Hi! My name is Vivien and I have been practising sports my entire life and yoga for over 10 years now. I have a lot of experience with teaching private classes and also with teaching in studio's.
I obtained my 200 hour Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Certificate in Greece in September 2020. I obtained my 100 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Certificate in Utrecht in August 2021.

I have a passion for sports & yoga and really enjoy sharing this with others. I teach Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Power Yoga. Classes are available at any level in Dutch or English. Besides experience with private classes, I have a lot of experience with teaching at studio's.
Yoga did a lot for me, physically and mentally. It is about much more than simply moving your body and I would like to share this with others. I gained my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certificate in Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga in Greece. Besides that, I followed a 100 hour Yoga Teacher Certificate in Yin Yoga in Utrecht.
Every class can be adjusted according to the way you want it. Are you not the biggest fan of meditation? Then we can keep this short and focus on the physical aspect. Do you find meditation interesting? Then I can prepare a class that focuses on meditation and breathing exercises. I would like to give my students more insights on the right alignment in poses and the benefits they can gain from certain poses.
