Over Elena
Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher with 2+ years of international
teaching. I integrate traditional yogic systems with modern approaches to
nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed
coaching.
I am also a certified coach so I also support clients in trauma healing and emotional integration using CBT-informed methods, hypnosis and subconscious reprogramming techniques. My work ocuses on nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and creating lasting change.

My approach to teaching is structured yet intuitive, fully adapted to your needs. I combine classical yogic principles with modern somatic awareness and functional movement. I adapt classes for different energy and physical levels.
For me yoga is not just a physical exercise, but a system to come home to yourself. I do my best to create a safe and supportive space to help you reconnect with your bodies, regulate your nervous system, and deepen the practice.

1. Himalayan kriya yoga that I've learned from Himalayan masters in India (unique kundalini practices).
2. Nervous system reset yoga - special practices to relax your nervious system and feel fully rested.
