Namaste! I’m Soumya, and my yoga journey began in India as a child, where yoga asana was an integral part of my education. My passion for yoga deepened over the years, leading me to Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga, where I became a certified instructor.
With years of practice and experience, I am excited to share the wisdom of yoga and help you discover its transformative power. Whether you're looking to build flexibility, improve your mindset, or find inner peace, I’m here to guide you on your journey.
Oh, and when I'm not teaching yoga, you can also find me enjoying with Ayurvedic cooking and whipping up delicious vegan Indian dishes!
