Over deze les

My expertise is in scientific research in Yoga. It is a big passion of mine and with that as my fundament I help students build more self-compassion, self- awareness, self-regulation and focus which lead to better study performances.

I am a certified Yoga Teacher in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Nidra within the International Yoga Alliance. Within this Alliance I also provide Continuing Education to other Yoga teachers to maintain their registration. Next to my entrepreneurship I’m employed parttime at the Radboud University Sportcentre as a Yoga Teacher and Dance Teacher. Which I gained a lot of experience in teaching college student since 2011.

Online classes are 1 hour to 1,5 hour and I am based in the Netherlands: Amsterdam, 's-Hertogenbosch and sometimes somewhere else in the world... being the pilgrim that I am.

Classes are for everyone.
Just write your background, age, occupation and so on. From this information I will get a clear picture of where you are in your life right now and I can structure you in one of my online classes or an online private session if that's also what you are seeking for.
