Over Leon
In 2003 I started a stydy in Physical Education. After my interimship at the Radboud University Sportcentre I got employed by the organization. From there I developed my career and discoverd that my path is yoga, dance and psychology. I continued styding Psychology at the university with Yoga as my research topic and also became a certified Yoga Teacher.
I am a certified Yoga Teacher in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Nidra within the International Yoga Alliance. Within this Alliance I also provide Continuing Education to other Yoga teachers to maintain their registration.

My expertise is in scientific research in Yoga. It is a big passion of mine and with that as my fundament I help students build more self-compassion, self- awareness, self-regulation and focus which lead to better study performances.
I am a certified Yoga Teacher in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Nidra within the International Yoga Alliance. Within this Alliance I also provide Continuing Education to other Yoga teachers to maintain their registration. Next to my entrepreneurship I’m employed parttime at the Radboud University Sportcentre as a Yoga Teacher and Dance Teacher. Which I gained a lot of experience in teaching college student since 2011.
Online classes are 1 hour to 1,5 hour and I am based in the Netherlands: Amsterdam, 's-Hertogenbosch and sometimes somewhere else in the world... being the pilgrim that I am.
Classes are for everyone.
