200hr certified yoga teacher with a firm belief that movement is medicine.
After practicing for 8 years, I noticed that whatever adversity I've faced in my life, my practice has always been my anchor. I teach with the approach that movement of the body creates stillness in the mind.
My focus is to cultivate a deep sense of relaxation and clarity and the end of each session, regardless of the whether we’ve been in practicing a gentle Hatha or a rigorous Vinyasa class. My aim is to keep bringing you back to center throughout the entirety of our practice together.
Yoga goes much deeper than the physical postures, it's a lifelong journey of self-discovery, balance, and personal growth. I feel so honored to be able to be a part of that journey with my students and continue my own path of eternal learning alongside them.

Suitable for all levels, I teach Vinyasa and Hatha yoga with a focus on building strength and flexibility in both the body and mind.
Every lesson can be tailored completely to your goals, whether you're looking to calm the nervous system, improve mobility, increase strength, deepen your understanding of yoga, or simply come back to yourself, I create a safe and supportive environment where you can move with confidence and enjoy the process without pressure, yoga is all about the journey!
In each practice we'll flow together through mindful meditation, steady movement and conscious breath, leaving you feeling more grounded and refreshed after each session.
