Hi! My name is Olena, and I am an international student at Howest University of Applied Sciences in Belgium. English has become an essential part of my daily life, as I study entirely in English and communicate with people from different countries every day.
I achieved an IELTS Academic score of 7.5 (C1), and I know from personal experience that learning a language can be challenging. That's why I aim to create lessons that are supportive, engaging and adapted to each student's needs.
I help students improve their grammar, vocabulary, speaking and confidence through practical exercises and real-life communication. Whether you need help with school, want to feel more confident speaking English or are just starting your learning journey, I'll be happy to support you.
I teach children, teenagers and beginner to intermediate learners (A1–B1). Lessons are available online or in Kortrijk. Please note that I teach in English and Ukrainian, as I do not speak Dutch.

I believe the best way to learn a language is through regular practice in a supportive and encouraging environment. My lessons are adapted to each student's level and goals, combining grammar, vocabulary, speaking and practical exercises.
A typical lesson begins with a short conversation or revision, followed by learning new material and interactive exercises. I always encourage students to ask questions and speak as much as possible to build confidence.
As an international student studying entirely in English with an IELTS Academic score of 7.5 (C1), I understand the challenges of learning English as a second language and can share the strategies that helped me succeed.
I teach children, teenagers and beginner to intermediate learners (A1–B1). Please note that I teach in English and Ukrainian only, as I do not speak Dutch. Lessons are available online or in Kortrijk.
