I have been practicing yoga for many years, and it has radically transformed how I think and how I feel in my body. I realise the power that an understanding of yoga and meditation had on my life, and I'm passionate to teach the basics to others. My goal is to give you the tools you need to make yoga a long-lasting and beneficial part of your life.

In my private yoga classes, we will first discuss expectations and limitations. I will always aim to tailor the practice to the individual and their needs/level. I prefer to practice outdoors, and lessons should last at least 1 hour. I will introduce elements of meditation and breathing techniques to deepen the practice. I can closely monitor and adjust poses as necessary.
