Over Radha
Yoga has been an integral part of my life since childhood, woven deeply into my upbringing and cultural heritage as an Indian. From an early age, I have been immersed in the practice, philosophy, and origins of yoga, not as an occasional exercise, but as a living tradition.
My personal practice began in my youth under the guidance of family and community elders, where I learned not only postures and breathing techniques but also the values, discipline, and spiritual awareness that form the foundation of yoga. Over the years, my journey has evolved to embrace various styles, with a particular connection to the meditative stillness and deep release found in Yoga. I have devoted significant time to studying yogic philosophy, anatomy, and the energetic body, and I approach teaching with an understanding of yoga as a holistic path, one that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
I hold Multistyle Yoga Teacher Training and a Level 3 Sound healing certification. My heart lies in guiding Yoga, creating spaces of stillness where students can release, restore, reconnect infused with the healing resonance of sound.
