I started yoga classes with no previous experience, and from the very first class I felt completely at ease, thanks to Alkmini's ability to approach beginners with understanding, patience and clear guidance.

I was lucky enough to attend an in-person class. The simplicity of the space, combined with the sense of calm that the teacher radiates, created the perfect atmosphere to let go of any tension.

What I particularly appreciated was that the class went beyond the purely physical aspect of yoga. We were given a meaningful introduction to yoga as a practice, with an emphasis on proper alignment, breathing and connecting with the present moment.

By the end of the class, I could feel my body thanking me. It felt as though parts of my body that had been dormant for a long time due to a sedentary lifestyle had finally been awakened.

It left a wonderful impression on me, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to begin or deepen their yoga practice!
