I am a native Japanese speaker and currently studying at Gent University in Belgium. I can communicate in English, so even beginners are very welcome.
I have about 3 years of teaching experience in subjects like English, Math, and Japanese (language arts), both in one-on-one and group settings. I’m confident in explaining things clearly through structured lessons; creating a comfortable, friendly and conducive learning environment. I always try to adapt my lessons to each student’s level and goals.
I’m majoring in the political and social sciences, so if you're interested, we can also talk about Japanese society, culture, and current events.

My lessons focus mainly on conversation, helping you use natural and practical Japanese in real-life situations. I like to include lots of free talk so you can build confidence while speaking.
At the same time, I have prior teaching experience, so I can support you with grammar and pronunciation where needed. I’ve also taught Japanese during homestays, which helped me understand how to communicate effectively with learners.
Whether you're a beginner to the language or looking to improve your fluency, I'd be a good fit. My goal is to create a relaxed space where you can enjoy learning and steadily improve your Japanese skills!
