Namaste everyon, I am Hindoli. My journey with yoga began in India, but it truly deepened on the banks of the Ganges in Rishikesh. There, I realized that the peace we find in the mountains shouldn't stay in the mountains—it belongs in our daily lives, our offices, and our homes.
I choose to teach because I see the toll that modern stress takes on the human spirit. My mission is to take the authentic, ancient wisdom I was gifted and turn it into 'survival tools' for the modern world. I don't just want to help you touch your toes; I want to help you navigate your workday with a calm heart and a clear mind
