My name is Anna, and if there’s one thing I can say about myself, it’s that change has always been a constant in my life. Ever since I reached adulthood, I’ve been traveling to figure out what I need—and what I don’t. Yoga has been a huge help on that journey, teaching me to understand the boundaries of my mind and body.
My first Ashtanga Yoga certification was in India, followed by my second in Poznań, Poland. Along the way, I’ve attended multiple workshops with incredible teachers who opened my eyes to new aspects of human anatomy and its possibilities. I also earned my Aerial Yoga certification in Slovenia.
I’m always on the lookout for new opportunities to learn, whatever that may be.
Currently I’m also studying journalism and raising two beautiful cats while living in the charming city of Gent.

Welcome! I'm a certified 500TTC yoga teacher with over 6 years of experience in helping people find balance through movement and breath.
I specialize in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Aerial Yoga, but I also love to incorporate Yin Yoga, adjusting each session to meet your individual needs.
I bring a positive and uplifting energy to every class, but don’t worry—if you’re looking for a challenge, we can definitely bring the heat! Whether you're here to sweat or simply breathe and unwind, my classes offer something for everyone.
