My name is Kristina, and I am from Slovakia, currently living in The Hague. Yoga has been a transformative practice for me, both mentally and physically, for many years. However, it was only recently that I decided to share this sacred practice with others by becoming a teacher.
I have completed my Yoga Protocol Instructor training, a certification recognized by the Government of India, as well as additional courses in Yin Yoga and Meditation. These trainings have provided me with a broad and holistic understanding of yoga, integrating all its limbs into a comprehensive practice. My goal is to guide others in experiencing the profound benefits of yoga, helping them cultivate balance, awareness, and inner peace.

My approach to yoga classes is tailored to the needs of each individual. If a student is interested in a more theoretical approach, I am happy to incorporate that into the class. However, if the focus is purely on practice, we can fully dedicate the session to movement and breathwork. My goal is to create a supportive and flexible environment that aligns with what each student seeks from their yoga practice.
