As a yoga teacher, I use a calm and accessible approach, focusing on breath awareness, body awareness, and the safe execution of postures. My classes combine elements of Hatha and Yin yoga, balancing strength and relaxation.
A typical class begins with a short arrival moment and breathing exercises, followed by a gentle warm-up. We then move into a sequence of postures adapted to the level of the students. The class ends with relaxation (savasana) to help the body and mind fully unwind.
I place great importance on clear guidance, personal attention, and offering variations, allowing each student to practice at their own pace.
My classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate students, and for anyone looking to improve flexibility, find balance, and create inner calm. No prior experience is required.
