Over Wendy

I'm lifestyle coach and started practicing Yôga in 2010. I was instantly taken by the elegance and strength of the choreographies of SwáSthya Yôga, as well as the possibility to practice this method independently. The philosophy and the tecniques have greatly improved the quality of my life. The decision to become a teacher and help others achieve the same was therefore a natural one.

As lifestyle coach/Yôga teacher I give private lessons (also via Skype). This is a transformative programme, through which you will be personally guided. As you progress you will enjoy a discernible increase of vitality, strength and flexibility as your whole biological structure is developed in an integrative way.
