Over Daniel
Recently graduated with a Bachelor's in Jazz and Pop Music from the Conservatorium in Utrecht, under the tutelage of acclaimed Dutch pianist Bert van der Brink. Before coming to the Netherlands, I received my DipABRSM in Classical Piano Performance, initially with Adrian Genovese and later with Michelle Sant.
Received a Grade 8 in Jazz Piano and Theory with the help of Dominic Galea and Joe Debono, and a Grade 5 in Contemporary Guitar, with Emmanuel Busuttil, from the JSSOM in Malta.
I've got lots of experience as a gigging musician under my belt, since I also play lots of different instruments (electric guitar, rock/punk/jazz drums, electric bass and double bass, Hammond organ, vibraphone, subtractive synthesis). Moreover, I also assumed the role of producer and mixing engineer for albums and studio recordings (Roża, Federico Carnevali, Pleij).
I'm a composer too with a ever-growing collection of compositions penned under my own name. Years of experience with musical notation and engraving.
For those interested in synth work, I've also got a great deal of experience with subtractive synthesis and sound design (Roland/Moog/Korg).
In addition to my piano teaching experience, I've also spent years teaching English as a Foreign Language and have also given Guitar and Bass lessons.

Been teaching piano for just shy of 15 years. Whether it's Stevie Wonder, Adele, Bach, Charlie Parker, Fela Kuti, scales and arpeggios, I've taught it all. I'm confident that I can help you realise your pianistic and musical dreams.
I've taught students of all ages, and of all types, from all around the world. I've helped kids get started with the basics and have also helped some professional musicians improve their songwriting and technical quality for the music careers. I've also prepared students for auditions in Conservatoria.
I've got a strong technical background and extensive knowledge of theory and musical repertoire.
Lessons are roughly 1 hour in duration. Held in English, however I also speak some Dutch and grew up speaking Italian.
