My journey into Pilates began with a personal experience of recovery, which completely changed the way I understand movement. Since then, I have been dedicated to helping people move with greater confidence, strength, and awareness. I completed BASI Comprehensive Pilates training and continue to deepen my knowledge through ongoing education and practice. My teaching style is calm, detail-oriented, and tailored to each individual, because I believe movement should support not only physical health but also long-term well-being and quality of life.

Every body moves differently, and every lesson should reflect that. My sessions are tailored to your goals, whether you want to improve strength, mobility, posture, balance, or simply feel more confident in your body. I have completed BASI Comprehensive Pilates training and combine its principles with a thoughtful, personalized approach. Expect clear guidance, attention to detail, and a supportive environment where movement feels safe, enjoyable, and sustainable. Classes are available online or in person and are suitable for beginners as well as those with previous Pilates experience.
