Over Iasmina
I am a certified Pilates Fusion teacher with a strong background in functional body movement, including Mobility and Animal Movements. I am here to help you live into your full potential because I used to be in your place once - not really knowing that the ways in which I used to move my body needed to change to become the best version of myself. I understand the challenges of exercising and not receiving the desired results over the course of a long time. I also understand the sensation of giving up on exercising because of so much unpaid effort that can go into it. Regardless of where you are, I am here to understand what you need from a personal coach and adapt to your specific needs to help you bridge the gap between exercising and obtaining the results you are working for.
