Hi, I’m Cato! I was born in the Netherlands but grew up living all over the place; from Curacao to Chile to South Africa to name a few! Along the way, I discovered something important... no matter where I was, my true home was always within me. This realization became my compass, sparking a deep passion for psychology, yoga, and holistic health as tools to better understand what it means to feel grounded, alive and aligned. For me yoga is the way to navigate change and to always, always come back home to myself. My wish is to make others feel this too!
