Over Valeria
Hi, I’m Valeria! I’m 34 years old and have a background in healthcare. During the pandemic, I completed my first Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), and this year I expanded my expertise into therapeutic yoga and abdominal hypopressive exercises.
I’m also a certified Doula, and I’m deeply passionate about guiding students to reconnect with their bodies and rediscover their inner light. As a Doula, my focus is on creating a safe and nurturing space where you can truly listen to the messages your body is sending you. I love incorporating elements like fascia release into my classes, blending my Doula knowledge seamlessly into my yoga teachings.
In my free time, you’ll often find me gardening, walking in the forest, taking a yoga class, or indulging in creative pursuits like painting.
I’m a spontaneous, nature-loving person who thrives on creativity and connection. Join me in a class, and let’s work together to help you feel empowered, grounded, and in tune with yourself!

My classes follow a slow flow, but I believe it's essential to incorporate powerful poses like the Warrior. You can expect strong, impactful poses performed at a slow pace, allowing you to truly feel the strength of each posture and how it resonates with your body.
My native language is Spanish, so I teach my classes in English and Spanish, but I’m happy to correct you in Dutch if needed.
I also prioritize working with your energy of the day. Together, we’ll explore what your body needs—whether it’s grounding poses to bring you back to earth or flowing poses to help you embrace flexibility like water. Each class is unique, and all the elements—earth, water, fire, air—are interwoven throughout our practice.

Valeria is just a great person with a vocation for being with people and support them on their growing. She just love what she does and you can feel it in her lessons. She takes care of you at any time, correcting your body position and being sure you feel comfortable and relax. Her lessons are just wonderful and I felt deeply relax after all of them. She is always ready to receive feedback after the sessions, which brought me inner peace too, as you see the teacher cares about your health as much as you.
I just recommend you all to try a less with her and just feel it by yourself!Valéria is very qualified for reiki exchange. She has extended her knowledge in the practice and is equipped with the tools needed to offer reiki. Her dedication shows off in everything she does.
