I teach yoga in a traditional and accessible way, adapting each practice to the person in front of me. I’m a **RYT 200 certified teacher**, and I mainly teach **Hatha and Yin yoga**, with the option of a complete practice that also includes **pranayama and meditation**. Before starting, I take time to understand the student’s physical condition, experience level, and what they are looking for (strength, flexibility, relaxation, recovery, or a more meditative practice). Each lesson begins with setting an intention, followed by a progressive warm-up, well-structured sequences, and space throughout the practice for adjustments, questions, and individual needs. We always close with a proper wind-down and a guided meditation, so the practice is complete and balanced.
My classes are suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners, and especially for people who want a mindful, non-rushed approach to yoga rather than a fitness-style class. I work with students who want to reconnect with their body, manage stress, recover from long periods of inactivity, or deepen their personal practice. I focus on correct alignment, breath awareness, and listening to the body, helping students build a sustainable practice they can carry into daily life.
