My Dutch is limited so I am not sure what this question is but as far as vocabulary I like to focus on 5-10 new words per class and work on using them in conversations in different situations.Practice is the key to long term English learning.

I have taught all age and levels of English so very hard to say what method I would use other than I would hear the speaking and conversation for the students. I like to cover a topic and break students into groups to allow them to practice.
