Hi! I'm a native English speaker with a strong academic background in both American and international education, and I'm passionate about helping others become more confident and comfortable communicating in English!

I graduated with honors from an American high school and went on to earn my Bachelor's degree in Communication Science with honors from the University of Amsterdam (UvA). I am currently continuing my studies at UvA, pursuing my Master's degree in English.

Having grown up with the American education system and completed standardized examinations such as the SAT and AP exams, I have developed a strong foundation in English vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, and communication. Studying at an international university has also given me an appreciation for the challenges of learning and communicating in a second language.

I understand that everyone learns differently, which is why I aim to create a welcoming, patient, and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, practicing their English, and making mistakes without judgment.

From there, we focus on a specific learning goal, such as improving pronunciation, understanding spoken English, learning new vocabulary, or practicing natural conversation.

Depending on your needs, we might work through short reading passages, listening exercises, real-life conversation scenarios, or targeted pronunciation activities. I provide explanations, examples, and personalized feedback throughout the lesson.
