I'm Eva, a certified writer and journalist from the Netherlands with a great passion for languages. For as long as I can remember, language has played a central and significant role in my life and work. Every day, I actively engage with the Dutch language in all its forms and expressions: from business to creative.
You might say I’m a true language purist, attentive to every letter, comma, and nuance of sentence structure. But it's precisely this punctuality, knowledge, and experience that drives me to help others learn Dutch on all levels. From start to finish and from basics to business! In my view, language is not only a fundamental part of ourselves and our existence, but it is also a medium for play, creativity, and fun.
With over fifteen years of experience as a writer, journalist, and communication specialist, I am well-versed in the Dutch language and will guide you in building a strong foundation—and more—so you feel confident navigating it in any situation.

Yes, Dutch is a unique language with some serious tongue twisters! But with a clear structure, practical steps, and plenty of playful practice, you can easily master 'de taal van de Lage Landen'.
I teach people on all levels and for all kinds of language purposes. We will focus on the most important skills: speaking, writing, listening, and grammar. The steps include simple yet creative exercises, shorter or longer conversations, and various practical tasks that help you in daily life and help you towards language independence. We can also include
a specific or temporary focus on particular skills based on what is most needed for you right now.
Learning Dutch is not about mastering dry and boring material; I see it as an adventurous journey with multiple language stops. It's about working with the fundamentals, but also play, creativity, and fun. So expect some playful elements and laughter as well!
Plus, I will share some great books, films, music and other tips to help you improve your Dutch! They help you to actively understand and use it.
