Language(s) lessons With a background in finance and management now also teaching the lessons in Dutch, English, and Persian

I had the opportunity to have David as my beginner-level Dutch teacher. He really helped me gain confidence in speaking Dutch. He is a very pedagogical teacher, and I would recommend him without hesitation.

David was een goede leraar. Hij moedigde ons altijd aan om Nederlands te spreken door over verschillende onderwerpen te presenteren, waarna andere studenten vragen stelden aan de presentator. Dit was een leuke manier om te leren. Ik heb genoten van de les.

I got to know David through a Dutch language evening course for Erasmus University employees. He is an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher who builds each lesson around learners’ interests, making classes engaging and interactive. David creates a comfortable environment where everyone can participate, and he pays close attention to each student. His passion for teaching and focus on social and cultural integration in the Netherlands make him an excellent teacher. I warmly recommend him to other learners. 

David is very engaged, committed teacher. He was superb at making us feel comfortable speaking Dutch in the Dutch Conversation classes hosted by Erasmus University. He was encouraging and had good practical tips. We met both online and in-person and he was adept at handling an online environment as well. Best was how he encouraged us to use situational learning, i.e., always using Dutch and trying our best with other phrases or words to make ourselves understood if the Dutch word or expression was lost to us.
