I'm a musician and sound designer with 22+ years experience in the audio world. From recording to performing, practicing to teaching I've got many experiences with musicians, professionals and students alike and I know what it takes to rise in the professional world (or how to grow as a musical hobbyist)! Dealing with strict and unforgiving teachers is common and is something I grew up with, and as such I myself believe in the opposite; to forge a healthy relationship with music, it's important to practice forgiveness, patience, respect and positivity, and it is with these rules in mind that I teach others and pursue my own studies.

For beginners, I help with the basics; finger placements, notes and scales, posture and technique, helping new students to build up a proper foundation towards beginning a new career in violin playing and practicing. I have experience teaching in both group and solo settings, and a typical lesson involves warm-up, review and learning + preparation for the next lessons.
