Over Shelby
Hi! My name is Shelby and I am an expat living in NL. I have a bachelor of arts degree in Anthropology with a concentration in medical anthropology. I also studied chemistry, gender sexuality and feminist studies, and comparative american studies.
I have worked in healthcare my entire professional career but worked as a tutor until I graduated. Additionally, my mother, sister, and best friend are all teachers and I am excited to get back into teaching in an informal setting.
I look forward to helping you wherever you are at in your learning journey and adjusting the lessons to your personal interests!

I believe in making lessons for each individual student based on their learning styles and availability. Lessons include reading comprehension, pronunciation and comprehension, and real world conversations.
Lessons range from 30-60 minutes and will cover topics of interest to the student. Homework will be given based on student's access and availability.
I look forward to helping you develop and hone your English skills!
