Over Akhilesh
I find it enjoyable to make STEM subjects more engaging by using real-world examples and encouraging students to come up or 'invent' with their own solutions, rather than just focusing on equations and homework.
As someone who has recently been a student myself, I always try to approach teaching by considering how I would have liked to be taught and ensuring that the concepts are well understood.
