Over TING JOU
Hi! I’m a certified secondary school teacher from Taiwan with over 11 years of experience in education. I graduated from National Taiwan University (NTU) with a degree in Economics and hold an official teaching license for Math, Civics, and English.
I've worked in both mainstream and alternative education systems and currently work as an independent educator. My students have ranged from middle school to senior high, including long-term tutoring relationships and final-year exam prep (GSAT/AST). I’ve also taught in public schools as a homeroom teacher and led remedial education programs.
More than just test scores, I care about students as whole people. With training in counseling and educational psychology, I aim to create a safe, respectful space where learning is joyful and self-driven.
