Over Nash
With over 19 years of experience across Early Years, Primary, Middle and High School, ESL, SEN, and international education settings, I bring extensive leadership experience in inclusive education, curriculum development, Teaching and whole-school improvement.
I have successfully designed and developed SEN and SEMH support programmes that promoted inclusion, personalised learning, and student wellbeing. I led intervention planning through Individual Education Plans (IEPs), adaptive teaching strategies, and collaborative partnerships with parents and external professionals to ensure learners with diverse educational and emotional needs were supported holistically.
I also mentored teachers, grade leaders, and learning support educators, guiding them in differentiated instruction, classroom management, inquiry-based pedagogy, and inclusive educational practices. My leadership style balances high expectations with empathy and relational leadership, ensuring that both staff and students feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed. Additionally, I have consistently promoted high-quality teaching through inquiry-based, concept-driven, and evidence-informed practices that improve pupil engagement, independence, and achievement.
Having worked across Early Years, Primary, Middle and High School phases, I have developed a strong understanding of curriculum progression, safeguarding, behaviour support, and inclusive teaching strategies that positively impact pupil progress and wellbeing. I am passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and academically ambitious environments where all learners can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically while achieving their fullest potential.

Lessons are kept interactive, hands on and class /grade level and age appropriate lessons with inquiry based approach with differentiated instruction. My experience ranges from Preschool to High school and SEN students with ADHD,ASD,Dyslexia.I will willing to accommodate to different learners with a personalized lesson/s.
