Over Kian
My name is Kian Kashefi and I am a Business Economics Bachelor at Maastricht University with 3 years experience in tutoring and 2 years specifically dedicated to English tutoring. I have always had the desire to help people through the skills I have attained over the years. A lot of my clients would most probably point out my patience and my enthusiasm towards them. Those are attributes I do associate with. I like to admit that I am very patient with anyone I meet and I also love working with people because we both learn from each other at the same time. I cannot wait to get started with you and help you become as skilled as a native in this language.

In my opinion, a good language lesson requires a teacher who is proficient in communicating using many different methods. The teacher should be able to convey one message in several ways while engaging the entire class. They should also be patient with their students and understanding of the challenges that normally arise while learning something new.
Usually my lessons are 1-2 hours long depending on how long the student wants the class to be and how much he/she needs it. I try to keep it below 2 hours because I know how hard it is to concentrate for more than two hours and quality is better than quantity.
I have taught fellow students who were younger than me and struggled with English since it was not their mother tongue and I kept this up for the last two years of High School. I have started my studies in Maastricht and am looking to start up again. I am willing to teach from the ages between 10 and 16 and whatever your level I am sure I can help and share my knowledge with you.

Kian was recommended to my son by a friend in Greece for online lessons. He needed a balanced approach to both spoken English and grammar. Kian is an excellent teacher who has good knowledge of English. He was teaching my son with a lot of patience and kindness until he could grasp the subject of the lesson. Kian is very trustworthy person and I can highly recommend him as an English teacher.
