Over Alexia
Besides anything else, I am deeply passionate about people. Languages (especially English in today's globalised society) are essential in getting people together, making my desire of teaching English even stronger. But even outside of tutoring, you would always find me surrounded by people - family and friends before anything else, but also practicing team sports, joining student associations, working in sales as a part-time job.

Having spent a semester of high school in the US, I have observed non-English speaking exchange students and realised that foreign language learning is more effective through immersion; thus I aim to use no translation whatsoever - English being taught the same way we learn our first languages:)
Back in high school I tutored younger students (1 on 1) in mathematics, English and beginner level German and received good feedback on interactiveness of my lessons. The lessons took between 45 minutes and 2 hours - also depending on the age and availability of my students. I am flexible still.
Having passed TOEFL & Cambridge Proficiency English exams with high grades, I believe I could be of help in exam preparation too.
