Over María

I am a second-year Applied Physics BSc student at the University of Groningen. I have always enjoyed Mathematics and Physics, especially the process of understanding difficult concepts and finding ways to explain them clearly. Before university, I studied in the British and Spanish education systems, while also completing the Canadian OSSD alongside my Spanish high school studies. Having experienced different educational systems myself, I understand that students can learn in very different ways. I am patient, approachable and happy to adapt my explanations to each student.

I offer lessons in English for students at upper-secondary or first-year university level. I can help with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry, whether you are preparing for exams, struggling with a particular topic, or simply want to strengthen your understanding of the subject. I focus on explaining concepts clearly and adapting the lesson to what each student finds most difficult. We can work through theory together, practise exercises, and go over mistakes step by step. My goal is not just to help you get the right answer, but to understand why the solution works so you can approach similar problems independently.
