My name is Bravin. I am originally from Kenya and have family ties in the Netherlands. My passion for fitness and health began during my years as a professional rugby player and has since grown into my full-time career. I hold an International Certification in Fitness & Nutrition from ITEC in Ireland.
I offer both in-person and online personal training for a diverse range of clients of all nationalities, ages, fitness levels, and experience. I meet each client exactly where they are, creating a supportive and motivating environment that helps them push beyond their perceived limits. My approach is personal, professional, and built on trust- focused on long-term results and sustainable progress.

I offer highly personal, fully tailormade online training sessions designed around your goals, fitness level, schedule, and abilities. Each program includes customised workouts, nutritional guidance, and support for injury prevention or rehab. My focus is to motivate you, build your confidence, and help you push past your limits safely and effectively. I guide you through every exercise with clear, step-by-step instructions and live demonstrations to ensure proper form and safe, effective training.
My lessons take 45 minutes to an hour, including a warm-up and cool-down. Book a free first introduction & intake session today! All lessons are in English.
