Inquiry-based learning: I design activities that allow students to explore mathematical ideas through questions, investigations, experiments, projects, or games. I guide students to discover patterns, relationships, properties, and generalizations by themselves or with peers.
Cooperative learning: I organize students into small groups or teams to work together on mathematical tasks or problems. I teach students how to communicate effectively, share ideas, solve problems collaboratively, and respect each other’s opinions.
Differentiated instruction: I tailor my instruction to meet the diverse needs and abilities of my students. I use various strategies to differentiate my content (such as providing different levels of difficulty or complexity), process (such as offering different ways of solving or representing), product (such as allowing different types of assessments or products), or environment (such as providing different resources or materials).
