Over Sophia
I was born in Russia but have lived in the USA for over 15 years. Over the last decade, I’ve also lived in London, Cyprus, and now Amsterdam, which has enriched my global perspective. I hold two Master's degrees, one in Psychology and the other in Business.
I have extensive experience teaching English in Russia and Sri Lanka. My teaching methods are engaging and tailored to each student's needs, using games, art, and interactive activities to make learning fun. My psychology background helps me adapt to different learning styles.
With my strong educational background, international experience, and passion for teaching, I am confident in my ability to help students achieve fluency and confidence in English. Whether improving conversational skills, preparing for exams, or enhancing business communication, I am here to support you.

Sharing knowledge in this way means fostering a supportive and encouraging environment that builds confidence and a love for the language. I also incorporate technology, such as language learning apps and online resources, to provide diverse, accessible, and up-to-date content. Regular feedback and positive reinforcement are essential in my teaching, helping students track their progress and stay motivated on their journey to English proficiency.
