I would like to call myself a people's person, as it has always interested me to do such work that allows me to invest my time in others. This has been possible when I have worked as an educator and now also, when I'm out of the classroom, yet enjoying every day by getting to know new people. I've worked as an assistant English Educator in various reputed institutions across India Also, an experienced private tutor for more than 12 years.

As an educator for almost 10 years, I have learnt how beneficial it is to have a Student-Centred Learning Environment. I have always focused on the individual needs of the students, supported and encouraged each participant to progress at their own pace, using their unique skills.
Although most of us have been used to the traditional form of teaching-learning process, I believe the blended form of learning creates the best impact. A child learns best when she/he does some research on the topic that is being taught, rather than only listening to the teachers’ lectures. So, project-based teaching-learning methods are always preferred where students are actively engaged when they are learning through discovery.
Over a period of 6 years, I have taught in various Educational institutions across India, dealing with children between 10-14 years old. As a freelancer, I have always had passion for guiding young adults and adults who needed some help with speaking the language correctly and contuing with the same in the Netherlands too.
