Movement has been part of my life since I was 3 — starting with gymnastics and never really stopping. That lifelong passion eventually led me to study Nutrition formally and qualify as a Level 4 Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Pilates instructor. What I care about most is helping people finally understand their own body — why it moves the way it does, what it needs, and how small changes compound into real results. If you’ve tried things before and they didn’t stick, that’s usually where we start. Feel free to reach out — first conversation is just a chat, no pressure.

Everything is online via video call, so you can work with me from anywhere. Depending on what you need, we can focus on personal training with nutrition built in, or nutrition guidance on its own — we’ll figure out together what makes most sense for your situation. One thing I always prioritise: making sure you understand why, not just what — so the results actually last. Before anything starts, we have a proper intake conversation so I understand your background, goals, and any limitations. From there the plan is built around you, and adjusted as you progress.

Perfect! Helin is the most knowledgable personal trainer I have ever been in contact with. She listens well to request and ask questions about your goals and will only work with you if you have realistic expectations and if you are willing to put in the work.
