Over Sara
My name is Sara I’m originally from Rome and have lived in several countries, including Germany, the UAE and the Netherlands.
Languages have always been a big part of my life. Italian is my native language, and I also speak English, Spanish, German and Afrikaans. I’m currently studying Dutch, so I understand both the fun and the frustration of learning a new language!
My approach is friendly, practical and adapted to the person in front of me. I want you to feel comfortable making mistakes and, most importantly, actually speaking Italian.

Ciao! I’m Sara, a native Italian speaker from Rome, living in the Netherlands.
I offer Italian lessons for anyone who wants to improve their Italian in a practical, relaxed and personalised way.
My lessons can be adapted to your level and goals. Whether you are starting from the basics, already understand Italian but struggle to speak, want to improve your pronunciation and grammar, or simply want more opportunities to have real conversations in Italian, we can build the lessons around what you need.
I especially enjoy helping students become more confident speaking Italian. We can work with everyday situations, conversation, vocabulary, pronunciation and grammar, rather than only following a textbook.
I also speak English, Spanish, German and Afrikaans, and I am currently learning Dutch myself, so I know what it is like to learn and communicate in another language.
