Over Youngjae
I am 23 year old classical pianist of Korean origin based in Amsterdam. I graduated with a Bachelor Degree from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam in the Netherlands and I am currently studying a Master's degree. I loved playing various solo repertoire but also a great deal of chamber music. I played in "Podium Klassiek" on NPO2 Television in which I performed the scintillating Finale of Schumann's Op. 9 Carnaval.
I also have been studying pedagogy and various methods for some time for my teaching practice!
I have already 3 years of experience teaching in various contexts and I always adapt my method for the needs and wants of my students.

I have already more than 3 years experience of teaching the piano. I focus on training a relaxed and beautiful way of playing the piano whilst expanding the pieces we can play on all levels, be it complete beginner (no need to worry), intermediate, or advanced. Children and adults are all welcome.
Ever since growing up, I was deeply passionate about the variety in which the ways people learn. It can broaden our world and impact our daily lives in a positive way. What seems to be confined just to the instrument can be applicable in different life situation in ways we didn't expect. Piano playing has been proven to be one of the few activities that activate the entire brain and can have massive benefits for the development of children and keeping adults healthy.
