Over Al
I have experience across a wide range of genres, including classical, jazz, pop, and Levantine music, with a strong focus on progressive rock and metal. I also have a basic background in sound design and enjoy exploring new genres, learning new music, and incorporating these influences into my playing and sound.
I received classical guitar training before studying jazz guitar at the Conservatory of Beirut. I am currently studying Musicology at the University of Amsterdam.
Alongside teaching, I have experience performing in and documenting the metal scene in Syria, and have worked in asylum centers across Syria, Lebanon, and the Netherlands, using music to empower and support youth.

Whether you want to learn your favorite songs, improve your technique, develop improvisation skills, explore different musical styles, or build a strong foundation in music theory, I would be happy to help you reach your goals step by step.
Class in taught in English, Dutch and Arabic.
