Over Sadjad
I have a very multi-disciplinary background in mechanical engineering, philosophy and high school teaching. I have won some international awards, written books, and was a mathematics and informatics olympian when I was a high school student. But for me teaching is not about me. It's all about the student, and that's what I like about it most. Teaching can be very rewarding when I witness students grow. I also always learn new things from my students. I taught for several years in Australia before moving to Europe.
When I'm not working, I like to play games. I'm also very much into sports, specially cycling, running and rock climbing.

For me, connecting with the student is an essential part of teaching. Knowing the student helps to use the right pedagogical tools that works for them. It is also important to tailor the lesson to the student's interests and hobbies.
I worked for several years as a high school and senior high school teacher in Canberra, Australia. I am also an academic and have also taught to undergraduate and postgraduate university students. I was also invited to contribute to state-wide curriculum development in the Australian Capital Territory. My key teaching areas are mathematics, philosophy and physics.
