Over Rocio
Hello! My name is Rocio, and I’m a native Spanish speaker with fluent English, passionate about creativity, cultural exchange, and inspiring young learners.
Since I was 15 years old, I’ve been caring for and working with children as a babysitter, tutor, and activity leader. Over the years, my work has taken me across the globe, where I’ve had the joy of meeting children from many different cultures and backgrounds. My travels have given me a deep appreciation for diversity, adaptability, and the ability to connect with kids in a genuine and joyful way.
In addition to childcare, I have years of experience hosting creative events and workshops for all ages, which I’ve also adapted especially for children. These include dance sessions, storytelling circles, arts and crafts activities, mindfulness exercises, and playful cultural exchange games. My background in a Rudolf Steiner (Waldorf) school means I bring a holistic, imaginative, and hands-on approach to learning—helping children explore, create, and grow in a warm and encouraging environment.
