Over Naomi
I am a native Dutch speaker with a passion for languages. Growing up I was raised with Dutch, English, Italian and French. As an adult I have now been focussing on learning Spanish and Japananese! I know a lot about learning languages, and understand how difficult it can be. That is why I chose to do my master's in both linguistics and education: to help others learn a language. During my studies we focused on teaching, and how to teach a foreign language. When I traveled to Africa I taught English in a school for a few months.

Not being able to speak the language of your new country can be isolating and frustrating, and together we can tackle this problem. Learning to speak a language is both challenging and scary, and I want to create a safe environment where making mistakes is only natural and part of the learning process. Although we will definitely focus on necessities like grammar, we will also focus on aspects of language that you find more interesting. That way we'll keep the learning fun. Depending on your level we will build towards lessons that are fully conducted in Dutch.

Specificaties
If interested there is an option to have additional group sessions to practice speech. These will be fully conducted in Dutch, and take place in a café/park/etc. This will be for the reduced price of 10 euros p.p. for everyone who attends the actual lessons as well. Group sessions will only take place if there are at least 3 people.
Please cancel within 24 hours if unable to attend, otherwise I will have to bill you.
