Over Daniela
I am a current engineering student doing my bachelors degree. During high school I was passionate about physics so I participated in many national and international physics competitions both as a contestant and as a team leader. I also proposed questions for some national competitions. Additionally, I taught high scholars mathematics and physics to students from my city for about 2.5 years as a SPA (Smart Physical Approach) member. I use different teaching approaches based on the student's level of knowledge about the subject, giving explanations from scratch to ensure the concept is understood. I also give the students exercises to solve so I can check their level of understanding of a newly taught concept.
The lesson starts with the student's questions about the topic discussed last time and specific requests for the lesson (such as: improve his solving skills, preparation for a particular exam, working on a topic of student's interest.)
Before the end a recap of the content taught during the lesson is provided as well as a small homework for the student to practice until next time.
(If the student in middle school/ high school is interested in advanced material at competition level for physics I am more than happy to help since I really loved taking parts in competitions myself during high school)
