Hi! My name is Luis Brito. While I am Portuguese and was born in Portugal, I moved around my whole life, living in multiple different countries, where I learned to develop and master the english language. Throughout my time in both american and british schools I was able to gain a deep understanding of not only the intricacies of the proper use of the english language but a deep appreciating for teaching it! I have always loved to teach and correct the people around me, including my family on how to properly speak english, much to their annoyance, and have grown to realize how much I'd enjoy to share my knowledge with more people! In my journey into higher education, I applied and entered into various universities in the United States with my SAT grades and TOEFL grades (along with my highschool diploma), proving my english proficiency at the highest level.
I truly hope to get the chance to teach you all that I have learned and help with your journey in learning the english language!

During my lessons, though I do not have much experience, I like to begin by understanding the level at which my students are at with speaking, reading and writing and then divide my classes between those three core components. During these 30 to 45 minute classes, we run through mainly practical exercises to get used to the use of the language and give out simple and often fun homeworks to do outside of the classes! My classes are intended for all ages, though preferably above 15 years old!
