Hi! I'm Melissa Stegeran, a 20-year-old student currently pursuing a degree in English Literature at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. I hold a Cambridge C1 Certificate, which certifies my advanced level of English, and I’m excited to share my passion for language and communication with others.
My goal is to make English accessible, enjoyable, and practical, whether you're learning it for school, work, travel, or personal growth. As a tutor, I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and growing at their own pace.
I'm patient, adaptable, and always prepared — qualities that help me connect easily with students of all ages. My background in literature also allows me to incorporate culture, creativity, and deeper understanding into the lessons, depending on your interests and goals.

Hi! I’m Melissa Stegeran, a 20-year-old Literature student at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, with a C1 Cambridge English Certificate and a deep passion for language, expression, and helping others grow in confidence through English.
My Teaching Method
I believe in interactive, personalized, and goal-oriented lessons. I focus on building real communication skills while making learning enjoyable and relevant. Whether you're improving grammar, preparing for exams, or just want to feel more confident speaking, I adapt my approach to your pace, style, and needs.
What a Lesson with Me Looks Like
Each lesson is carefully structured, yet flexible:
Warm-up – short speaking or vocabulary recap
Main topic – grammar, reading, listening, or writing focus
Interactive practice – exercises, games, discussions
Real-life application – short dialogue, debate, or writing task
Feedback & recap – what went well and what we’ll improve next time
Lessons can be online or in-person (Cluj), and I use a mix of digital tools, visuals, and fun challenges to keep things engaging.
